What is our focus?

What we think about is what we become. There are many paths in life. We focus on our career, time with the family and our own well-being. Each piece of life that we focus on takes from another piece of the pie. To be an overall good, well-adjusted man we have to learn how to balance. Recognize when we put too much time into one aspect of being.

Decide to focus on those things that matter most. When we become unhealthy we begin to focus on our health. We work out and eat better. After a while we develop the right habits that will make us the best version of our healthy self. This allows us to live longer and have a say in how things are going to go in each of our worlds.

Focus on giving your family time. One of the greatest pains that men go through is not spending time with their family. We are too busy building that career or focusing on our faith or focusing on providing in some way. Begin to use time towards doing things with your family. It could be as simple as a walk or playing a game.

Talking to other men -

This is another key principle to use for continuous self-improvement. By talking to others that have gone before or by running certain ideas and thoughts passed someone else is a great way to get other insights. A person can have an idea, talk to another, suddenly that single idea has taken the person to a whole new platform.

A lot of times talking to someone else just allows you to understand yourself better. This allows you to begin to focus on that which you want most or that which will improve your life most.
